May 14th, 2020, OURGREEN loaded 40HQ PVC foam boards to Portugal successfully.
At first, we received the inquiry on PVC foam boards from our client on Dec. 7th, 2019, . He needed white PVC foam boards to manufacture footer for baseboard.
After several days’ communication, we sent the samples as required to them for free. With such sincerity, our client tested our PVC foam boards after receiving and sending us the testing result. Finally, they thought the quality can totally meet their requirements and agreed to release the order.
In April, after receiving their prepayment, we start to do production.
The whole producing process is strictly under control by our manufacturing department and the quality control department. They test and measure the PVC foam boards based on company quality control rules and report to the manufacturing department timely.
In addition, We have our standard packing method by wooden pallets and protective paper pad. These measures can protect the PVC foam sheets to keep away from the crush damage, etc.
Finally, On May 14th, 2020, our professional loading worker do the container loading and successfully deliver the container on time.
